Gare Sudamericane

Si stanno svolgendo in questi giorni a Bogota’ (COL) i giochi Centro Americani, nei quali il pattinaggio e’ presente ed attivo, come in tutto il sud america.

Io non potevo non parlarne e l’ASCO ha anche un inviato sul campo. Grazie a Maru Castillo, ragazza della Nazionale Messicana, otteniamo alcuni aggironamenti diretti dall’interno e qualche piccolo commento alle gare; per completezza postero’ anche il testo integrale in inglese scritto da lei.

Il nostro GRAZIE al Maru per la disponibilita’ augurandole un futuro pieno di successi (ed uno piccolo l’ha conquistato ;) )

I giochi sono iniziati il 18 Luglio sul circuito stradale, questo perche’ la pista non era ancora pronta per essere utilizzata. Le gare sono iniziate con le 200MT a Cronometro.

Races in bogotá started yesterday with 200m TT on road. We started central american games with road because the track wasnt

finished yet.
The results of the 200m road in girls was
1st place elizabeth arnedo with 18.5,
2nd slymar vivas(venenzuela) with 18.83 and
3rd vero elias (mex) with 18.85
Chechilia baena was out of the medals.

i got 7th in a not good race for me. Road is very fast.

La nostra inviata Maru si e’ posizionata in 7a posizione nonostante una cara non ottima. Il circuito stradale risulta molto veloce e Cecilia Baena al 4° posto resta ad un passo dal podio non riuscendo a conquistare una medaglia nella 200mt crono

ecco la seconda giornata

Today we got 1km on road with 3 series, my semifinal was the faster one with 1.28 and all my heat went to the final, it was

arnedo and beana from colombia, me, rep dominicana, costa rica, and guatemala. the final was too slow and only 300m to go

the girl from rep dominaca went full speed, followed by 2 colombians and me, 200m to go i was 3rd behind arnedo when in a

good work of team stoped me a but to make sure chechi gets the gold. I got 3rd.

Guys went too slow too at the bgining and final was causil, muñoz and felipe castillo from venenzuela.

10km points was kelly martinez and 2nd alexandre vivas with a good race and very easy for them, 3rd was to the junior

mexican daniela luna.
